Analista Júnior
I went through the selection process for a Junior position and the experience was disappointing in terms of interaction. The interview followed a very rigid and robotic format, where the recruiter just read questions and filled out a form, with no room for genuine dialogue. During the conversation, I was surprised by the requirement for a live video recording, even though I had offered to send a pre-prepared material. In addition, the process also included a case study for the management. I find the number of stages (Interview + Live Video + Case) excessive and exhausting for an entry-level position.
- Could you tell me a little about yourself?
Business Analyst
I had an interview in Nov 2022, done online. It was pretty easy. They asked basic questions about how I handle tough situations and prioritize my tasks. They also mentioned that the work culture is good and supportive of employees.
- Can you tell me about your experience and what your role responsibilities are?
Business Analyst
The contact was all done via WhatsApp. There were 3 stages in the process: a technical test, an interview with HR, and an interview with the project team (1 to 3 interviews). I was approved in the first two and received a message that they would schedule the interview with the project team, which never happened. After that, I did some follow-ups but didn't get any response.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- I'd like you to listen to an audio recording in English, which has an Indian accent, and then explain your understanding of its content.
- Can you explain what you understood from the English audio?
