The company was really thorough with their interview process. You'll start with a written test, and then soon after, you'll have an in-person interview. It's pretty refreshing compared to a lot of bigger companies that now make you do an interview with some kind of 3rd party AI system. At least it's nice to actually talk to a real person at the company instead of an AI review.
