First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marksman Security Corporation.
Security Guard
It was a super fast and quick interview process, I got hired on the spot. And this was even though I showed up late because I was coming from another interview with a different company. That's all I have to say. Best of luck to anyone reading this!
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in this field?
Cashier
It was very short and sweet. It almost felt like I didn't interview at all. I was asked to post a review first, even though I wanted to read other reviews. Please disregard this review. I'm sure it's a great company to work for.
- What are your career aspirations?
Inventory Specialist
The hiring process was quick and easy. I checked in and waited in a room with other people interviewing. Then I was brought in to talk one-on-one with one of the hiring managers. After that, they moved me over to talk with another manager because I guess they liked me, and we chatted for a bit.
- What makes you believe you are a suitable candidate for this position?
Human Resources
The interview process was pretty simple and unorganized, with management running things. I got an email for an interview, but the person I was supposed to meet was late. The conversation was cut short after just one question; they said they 'heard what they needed to hear' and scheduled an in-person meeting. When I showed up, nobody seemed to know about the meeting, even though I saw the person I met with earlier. They didn't even speak up for me, making it seem like I just showed up on my own. I ended up waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to meet the team and was offered a really low salary. I told them it was too low, and they ghosted me, which was fine by me. It seems like an interesting place to work.
