It was a really unprofessional experience. The recruiter strung me along and then ghosted me. I initially applied online. A recruiter got in touch and scheduled an initial call about a week later. On the day of the call, the recruiter rescheduled it for 4 hours beforehand because of an offsite work event they apparently didn't see coming. They moved it 4 days later. I accepted the new invitation. Over the next few days, it got rescheduled two more times, first for the recruiter's personal reasons, then for travel. These initial times and dates were in the middle of the workday, by the way. The reschedules were also done without checking if the new times and dates worked for me. So now it's been 6 days since the original date. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the latest invite, though I was starting to doubt if the call would actually happen. Then the day came and went. No call. No reschedule. No email. Nothing. I emailed the recruiter, politely asked for an update in case anything got mixed up, and never heard back.

Technical Coding

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. Started with a phone screen, then had a coding challenge, and then another phone screen. The interviewer was really helpful, answering my questions about product design and the different teams. They were easy to talk to and asked good follow-up questions during the interview.
