Had an on-campus interview with HR and another employee. After that, there was a half-day interview where I spoke with 6 or 7 people. There might be a remote interview later if I'm a better fit for a different team.

I was in a conference room for 3 hours straight, with people coming in one after another to interview me. They even threw in two phone interviews while I was there (one was supposed to be a Skype call but it didn't work out). After that long day, they said I'd hear back by the end of January about whether I got the job or not. Well, it's been almost 4 months since the interview, and after I tried following up a few times, I never heard back from them. It was pretty disappointing because I thought they'd keep their word, even though I figured I didn't get it after the deadline passed.

After sending in my resume, I got a call from HR. They gave me a lot of good info about the job, what's expected, and how I could move up. I answered some questions on the phone and then set up a video interview. After that, HR asked for a writing sample. Thinking back, I could've totally nailed some of those questions and made my writing sample way better. The whole process wasn't awful, and I learned stuff from my screw-ups. I'm calling it neutral 'cause I expected some kind of follow-up and got zilch. Would've been nice to know if I was still in the running.
