First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marketvision Research.
Market Research Analyst
The whole interview process consisted of interviews with multiple people on different teams within the company. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes, and in total, we spoke with 10-12 people. We had to be at the main office in Blue Ash at 9AM, and the interviews went on until about 2:30-3:00PM.
- What type of research do you prefer, qualitative or quantitative?
Research Associate
The interview process involved several rounds, and honestly, the questions weren't too bad. However, after finishing the last stage, I had to follow up multiple times via email to get any kind of update about the position, and it took them two whole months to finally get back to me.

Research Assistant
After sending in my resume, I got a call from HR. They gave me a lot of good info about the job, what's expected, and how I could move up. I answered some questions on the phone and then set up a video interview. After that, HR asked for a writing sample. Thinking back, I could've totally nailed some of those questions and made my writing sample way better. The whole process wasn't awful, and I learned stuff from my screw-ups. I'm calling it neutral 'cause I expected some kind of follow-up and got zilch. Would've been nice to know if I was still in the running.
- What characteristics would your colleagues attribute to you?
Quantitative Researcher
It was a virtual interview, lasted about an hour, with two HR reps. They asked pretty straightforward questions about research and my interests. My only complaint was asking for feedback after I didn't get an offer and not hearing back.
- What accomplishment are you most proud of?
- Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision.
