Sales Manager
Each role has its own interview process. First, you have to get through the recruiter's interview. If they think you're a good fit, they'll send you to the client for more interviews. Depending on the client, you might have one or several interviews. All programs are different.
- What makes you think you are qualified for this position?
Sales Manager
I've gone through a few interviews with the company, and they seem to differ depending on the manager. The questions asked are usually pretty easy, though. Marketsource really leans into conversational interviews since the job is mostly about relationship building. You should be ready to just chat.
- Can you describe a time in a past role where you successfully drove significant sales growth by influencing employees you didn't directly manage, and what strategies did you employ to achieve that?
Sales Manager
It was a face to face, phone, and self-paced interview using a smartphone app. The app interview was a bit weird and intimidating, not hard, just unusual. Then an in-person interview with the hiring manager that was a normal conversation.
- How do you build customer relationships?
