The process had a few different levels. It started with a recruiter call, then an RM interview, followed by a Director interview, and finally a final interview. The whole thing could take about a month to get an answer. Once you're in, you'll be traveling with a bunch of other DMs to learn the job.

First, there was a phone call with the recruiter where they asked general questions about my current job and also gave me some info about the job I applied for. After that, I had an in-person interview with the program manager. They usually fly out to your city and you do a bunch of interviews.

The interview process was a joke. I would rather sell on the side of the road. The work environment is better elsewhere with managers who actually care. If you're thinking about using these folks for your products, run fast.
