So there were three interviews. First up was the phone screen with the recruiter. Then I had interviews virtually over Teams or Zoom with the hiring managers. And the last one was in person with the head of the department.

The interview process was pretty standard: first, a phone interview, then a face-to-face with the team managers, and finally a face-to-face with the director of recruiting. The initial phone screen had just a couple of questions, and then I was invited for an in-person interview the very next day. That interview lasted about 30 minutes, focusing on the role, with some discussion about the managers' backgrounds in recruiting. The final meeting with the director was very brief, around 5 minutes, mainly to confirm if I felt the role was a good match for me.

They are looking for energetic individuals that they can mold to be what they want them to be. First, you will do a phone screen where they ask the normal interview questions. Once you are past that part, they will bring you in for a face to face interview with 2 people. They will try to intimidate you but stand your ground and always make sure that you have a smile on your face. They are looking for a spunky attitude.
