After submitting your application, you'll have a phone interview with standard questions, where you should just be yourself. If you have a decent personality, they'll invite you in for another interview. After that, you'll either be hired or not.

- What is your understanding of Madwire?

So, I was an insurance agent and wanted a change. I looked on Glassdoor for good companies to work for in the US, avoiding huge ones like AT&T. I wanted a small to medium business, and Marketing 360 was at the top. I found the hiring manager, Samson, on LinkedIn, connected, and sent him a long message. He got back to me, and we chatted. I applied, but it took a while to hear back because they were moving and going through big changes, which made sense. When they did reach out, things moved super fast. Since I was in Nebraska, I had a phone interview with Samson. The next step was an in-person interview. I was so eager that I drove out there, even though Skype was an option. I wore a suit and tie on a really hot day, which got awkward when the Chief Sales Officer, Luke Barnes, and Senior Marketing Consultant, Matt Sheffer, wanted to meet outside on the patio. I was sweating a lot. But, they liked me! Luke said I should expect an offer in about two days. I actually got the offer letter on the way home, so we moved to Fort Collins in three weeks. It was wild, but I love it here!
- Tell me what you know about our company and why you believe you'd be a good fit.
- What are your thoughts on our company and why do you see yourself fitting in here?

They asked about my background first and foremost which led to a sales role play. The overall interview was a bit nerve racking because the environment you walk into is not your typical office. The interview was led by the companies Co-founder/Chief Learning Officer and they aren't your typical "higher ups". They took the time to get to know me before labeling me and moving onto the next one, overall it was a great interview.
- Tell me about your sales background.
