The hiring and interview process was great. After applying and completing an exam to check qualifications, I was contacted by the hiring manager to set up the interview. Upon entering the building, I could feel the energy, which continued into the interview. The two gentlemen who interviewed me were energetic, fun, and extremely sharp, making me anxious to get hired. It was low pressure and very specific. It was the best interview I have ever had.

They asked about my background first and foremost which led to a sales role play. The overall interview was a bit nerve racking because the environment you walk into is not your typical office. The interview was led by the companies Co-founder/Chief Learning Officer and they aren't your typical "higher ups". They took the time to get to know me before labeling me and moving onto the next one, overall it was a great interview.

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty chill interview, but they asked some unexpected questions to understand how you think. They really wanted to see what you'd bring to the company and how you'd fit with our culture. Marketing experience isn't the main thing they're looking for; they're more interested in your drive to succeed and if you align with our company culture at Marketing 360.
