I applied on Aug 22nd for an Analyst role on their Content Insights team and heard back for an interview on Sep 1st. The whole thing took about a month from application to offer. Everyone I talked to, from the recruiters to the director and VP, was really nice and seemed like they'd actually listen. They asked me stuff based on my resume and experience, not just a generic list. For the fourth interview, I had a writing test to do in 5 days, and then we talked about it on Zoom. After that, they told me the role I applied for was on hold because the department was changing, but they had an opening in custom research. I then met with their VP and got offered the job the same day! Super thankful for everyone being so great and finding me a spot even after the first role closed.

Behavioral Presentation

So it was a pretty standard interview process for a market research gig. First, I had a chat with a recruiter or someone from HR. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Finally, I had to put together a presentation and present it to a group of senior people.

I applied through LinkedIn and HR reached out within a week. Since they're hiring a lot, the interviews were back-to-back. The interviews were mostly about understanding me, my work style, my critical thinking skills, etc. Standard stuff. The managers I talked to were nice and knew their stuff, so it was a good experience overall!
