It was a long interview process. We started with a resume drop and then a screening with the recruiter. After that, there was a super-day with 5 interviews back to back. I think there was one more round after that.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was a lot less intimidating than expected. It started with a 30-minute phone chat with HR about my resume and general conversation. A few days later, I was invited to the office in NYC for the next round. Before heading over, I did an online assessment with questions like a standardized test, to figure out what kind of person I was and if I'd fit in with the company culture. The day of the in-person meeting, I talked with 3 employees. It was pretty casual, and all the conversations were easy to join in on since everyone there is really friendly. At the end of these interviews, I got to chat with someone who was a Sales Intern last year so I could ask any personal questions I might not have wanted to ask in the other interviews. This chat didn't affect their decision to hire me at all and it was very comforting. A few days later, I got an offer.

After an initial phone chat, I went to a super day in NY. They mentioned there would be two super days for 4 open roles, with about 5 candidates at each. I met 5 different people for around 40 minutes each. The interviews felt pretty laid-back.
