The interview process was a bit rushed during the phone call stage, and it could have been more professional, even though the previous stages were fine. It's an exciting company, but I guess it wasn't the right fit for me. I probably wouldn't try interviewing again.

The interviewers were really positive and friendly. First, I spoke to a developer via phone call for about 30 minutes to an hour, covering basic Java topics. Then, there was a 2-hour super day with 4 people, each meeting for 30 minutes. This included 2 coding questions, similar to easy or medium LeetCode problems, focusing on concurrency, threads, and Java data structures like strings, stringbuilder, and stringbuffer. We also discussed past experiences and the company/market. The final interview was a casual chat to assess my personality.

The experience was great! It started with an online assessment covering Java and concurrency, which wasn't too difficult. Following that, I had a phone interview with an employee, focusing on my resume and some computer science questions. Then, I was invited to a 'superday' which consisted of four 30-minute coding interviews back-to-back, featuring medium-level problems. Two days later, I got an invitation for the final round with the tech lead, where we discussed my resume again to assess my personality and fit.
