the process was not great and no feedback was provided. they responded quickly though, but it was ultimately a waste of time. if they weren't prepared for applicants with a fair amount of experience for the role, then i don't know what to say.

The interviewer called, with a thick French accent. Hard to understand most of the time and had to pause to think about what he said in order to answer. Set up a phone interview and the interviewer called 15 minutes late. Told me before hanging up that I would hear back. Emailed him a few days later and received no response. It's fine to ignore emails but don't tell people that they will hear back.

The interview process was straightforward, progressing to more senior interviewers over time. There was a specific test conducted by a less senior person, involving learning a topic and then teaching it to a more senior interviewer. While there were waits between interviews, the process generally went well. I noticed a cultural divide between Sales and BA/Dev teams, suggesting management may lean towards Sales. This is a growing company with ample opportunities.
