Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Market Street United.
Baker
The interview process was pretty easy, although it did feel a bit hasty as the talent acquisitions manager had to run back and forth between talking to other people, going to her office, and back to where I sat for the interview (Starbucks inside store). They offered me the job on the spot.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What motivated you to apply to Market Street?
- What do you usually buy at Market Street?
Cashier
I applied online, then went into the store to check on my application status. They called me back 2 days later for an interview. The process was pretty easy and straightforward, like others mentioned. No hard questions. It took about 2 weeks from applying to getting hired. But after the interview, it was all done within 2 days.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Cashier
It was a really chill interview that went smoothly. They asked some specific questions but let me skip them and just talk like a normal person. I made sure to dress formally and present myself well.
- What makes you want to join our team?
