The interview process was pretty easy, although it did feel a bit hasty as the talent acquisitions manager had to run back and forth between talking to other people, going to her office, and back to where I sat for the interview (Starbucks inside store). They offered me the job on the spot.

I was pretty young (18) when I applied for this job, so I wasn't really focused on interview prep or specific company questions. I'm not totally sure how high up the decision-making goes. However, the manager who interviewed me seemed to genuinely consider my career aspirations and goals, as well as those of other staff, which I really appreciate.

It was a really fast process. I went in, they asked a few things, then some follow-ups and general chats. The vibe was super chill, mostly just seeing if I liked talking to people and if I was good with them.

The interviews were pretty chill and informative, and everyone was really nice. It might feel a bit intimidating for some, but it was actually one of the better interview experiences I've had. The team seemed pretty solid and welcoming, and I got to know my future coworkers well.
