It began with a 1:1 chat with the sales manager. The questions were all over the place, felt like he was making it up as he went. He was checking my patience and drive, not really focused on my answers. It was tough at times, but I get why, since it's a super hard job, basically cold calling real estate agents. The pay was great (if he was right), $40k base + good commission, avg AE makes $71k, top 30% over $90k. Next day I job shadowed and listened to top sellers for an hour. Then we had a group interview with both sales managers. They asked what I thought of the calls and if I could do it.

I applied online late at night and heard back the next morning to schedule a call. I had a 15-20 minute phone interview the day after, where they told me they'd discuss my candidacy with the sales team and Director of Sales to decide on next steps for an in-person interview. I was supposed to hear back Monday, and on Monday morning I got an email saying they didn't have an appropriate position for me at this time. I followed up asking for feedback on how to be a stronger candidate but haven't heard back in two days. I'm thankful for the phone interview though and still interested in the company.
