I got a call on Friday about the job and what they do. They said they would send a website with questions to test my tech knowledge. I had an interview on Monday at 9:30 am. I was waiting for the email with the test, and when I brought it up in the interview, they said they sent it that morning. I never got it, even after the interview. The interviewer didn't say anything about next steps, just told me to take the test to see if I was qualified. I haven't heard back since. They didn't send those emails, it was all lies. Their work ethic isn't great. They only have a phone number, no email to contact them. Calls go to voicemail and they don't pick up. I'm really disappointed. They're new and have a big office with over 10 employees, but if you want to hire someone, show it. Don't leave people hanging. Nobody likes waiting to find out if they got the job. People are willing to learn and step up. If you want a tech geek, make that a requirement, not just 1 year of customer service.

Be ready for a detailed interview. Do your homework about the company on their website. This company has a position for most people. If you like inside sales, then apply for the inside sales account executive position. There are also management positions, IT, hr, marketing, etc. Just be yourself during the interview.

I applied online late at night and heard back the next morning to schedule a call. I had a 15-20 minute phone interview the day after, where they told me they'd discuss my candidacy with the sales team and Director of Sales to decide on next steps for an in-person interview. I was supposed to hear back Monday, and on Monday morning I got an email saying they didn't have an appropriate position for me at this time. I followed up asking for feedback on how to be a stronger candidate but haven't heard back in two days. I'm thankful for the phone interview though and still interested in the company.

Got a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was an on-site interview with the Project Manager, followed by another on-site with a couple developers, and then a third on-site with a developer and the manager.
