The interview process was really easy! Manager asked a couple questions and we talked about my availability. This made the interview feel pretty easy overall and I like how I felt like I was talking to a real human.

I applied online, then went in person to follow up since I hadn't heard back. They were in the middle of a leadership change. About 5 days later, I got the interview, which was honestly one of the best I've ever had. I did mess up one question, but otherwise it was great. The interviewer made me feel comfortable because I really want this job – I like their clothes, the company culture, and the work environment. I didn't get the offer, so I might have messed up somewhere, not sure. I'm still really optimistic about working there in the future if a spot opens up after they finish restructuring. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and I wouldn't feel weird shopping there.

Submitted my resume and a short summary of my work history. Heard back quickly and set up an interview soon after. It was a two-step process: one chat with the store manager and then another with the regional manager. It was really relaxed and felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. Liked it a lot.
