HR Administrator
After applying, I got a call for a phone screening. They mentioned they'd let me know about the next steps, but then the company ghosted me. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates, and makes me wonder how they treat actual employees if this is their hiring process.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Social Strategist
The interview process was pretty smooth. Sometimes it took a while to hear back between interviews, but generally, they were respectful and professional. I had a good experience interviewing here and think others would too.
- A practice assignment was requested to evaluate your hard skills for the role.
Project Manager
The process for this application was really unclear. I wasn't told I'd need to do a big project, like a 6-page PowerPoint with complicated, multi-step questions. Talking to the manager was fine, but the interview with the director was bad. It felt like they might not take candidates seriously based on things like gender and race, not just their skills. The director seemed bored, yawning, like they weren't really listening. They even mentioned how everyone in the office looks pretty much the same, which you can see on LinkedIn. When I asked about diversity and inclusion, I got vague answers. It seems like they hired a recent grad from a fancy school over someone more experienced who is a first-generation Latinx person. It was a disappointing experience and makes me question their hiring methods. It feels like they might prefer people who fit a certain mold, which could stop them from being truly diverse and inclusive.
- Tell me about your hobbies.
Account Executive
The interview process started with a good chat with the HR manager, with questions that were pretty standard. However, the next two interviews with the sales team were a mess, totally disorganized and unprofessional. It was really disappointing, especially since they ghosted me after three interviews! I reached out twice to check on the decision, and they never got back to me. Super disrespectful, especially for a company that claims to value respect and conscientiousness.
