Behavioral Presentation

So, the interview was pretty much all behavioral questions. They really wanted to see what I could do based on what I've done before. I talked to a panel of 3 people from different departments, but they all knew the branch I was applying to. They only asked 9 questions total, and it was done over the phone.

The interview was really structured. First, you had to write a 5-minute paragraph about your future plans. Then, you had to give a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation about the services of the base. The whole interview took about 20 minutes. I got the job offer the same day. If you don't get selected, you'll get a letter in the mail within 7-10 business days.
