The HR team was great, very clear and quick with their responses. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt reassured. The only tricky part was finding the interview location. The interview itself was a panel of 3 to 4 managers, which was a bit intimidating, but they were all very polite and professional. Aside from the usual interview nerves, it was a great experience! MCCS has been good to me so far!

I had a panel interview and was given a sheet of questions 20 minutes beforehand. I could take notes on my answers and bring them into the interview. The interview vibe was great, and I got to ask my own questions. Overall, a great interview experience and I'm in a great job/career now!

I first applied back in July but didn't hear back until October. I had actually moved out of state by then, so I reapplied for the same job in my new state. I interviewed in October and then it was radio silence until December when they finally let me know I didn't get the job. Honestly, their HR process needs a serious overhaul. It's wild to wait over 60 days to even get an interview after posting a job opening.
