Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through 4 interviews for this role. The first one was a quick filter, basically me talking to the manager about my background and what I'm looking for in this job. It felt pretty casual, just Q&A. Then after 3 weeks, I had a chat with the department director. It was a relaxed conversation, we dove deeper into personal and work stuff, I think she just wanted to get to know me better. A week later, I had a 1-hour teleconference with the HQ board in Las Vegas at 8am Singapore time. They asked more technical and business questions. I got the offer a week after that and they set up a time to sign. HR said I could negotiate then or over the phone. The whole process was well-organized and the communication was clear.

Behavioral

The background check was thorough, especially regarding financial stability for casino roles. HR was nice and professional. The interview itself was pretty standard with common questions. Onboarding was a bit messy because the place is big and sometimes short-staffed.
