There were three interviews total. The first was a phone screen. The second interview delved deeper into questions. The third was a very brief 5-minute meeting with a VP to assess fit.

Standard three interview process. Was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. I decided to engage with the recruiter and had a positive experience with my first two interviews, but it all went downhill in the third. One of the higher-ups conducted the third and final interview, which didn't seem like it went poorly at all. After waiting for a week not hearing back I called the recruiter to see where everything stood. I was told that I had been passed on. When I pressed for some feedback for future interviews I was told that company policy forbids that type of feedback. It honestly felt like getting ghosted and left a very sour taste in my mouth.

The initial phone interview process was a bit confusing because multiple people called me even after I had already done a phone interview. There are many steps depending on the position you are applying for. I wasn't sure which position I wanted, so I ended up having about 8 interviews, both phone and face-to-face, before I officially accepted a management position. I'm pretty sure they have this process more streamlined now to be more consistent.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked a lot of questions about high school experience, which I found strange since I had already graduated from college and had several years of work experience. They don't really tailor the interview to the specific individual.
