The first interview was a casual virtual call with the recruiter from California. It was a low-pressure, warm conversation. The next interview will be in person at the office and will likely focus more on personal aspects than business topics. I'm hoping to get more information about the training process during the second interview.

Super bad experience, they're searching for skilled folks but skip on benefits. Experience isn't a factor, and they're not great communicators with potential hires. Might be okay for a newbie though. You get what you pay for!

Behavioral Presentation

It was more of a conversation than an interrogation, which is expected for a business that thrives in negotiations and communications skills. I had three total interviews, two with the regional manager and one with my current senior mentor.
