Found the internship posting on the University career planning website. Sent in my resume and cover letter, and got a call back within days. About a week later, I came in for the interview. It was a one-on-one interview, and it was moderately difficult with standard questions. I was told I'd hear back within two weeks, which I did, and then I accepted the offer.

Got a call from a team manager soon after submitting my resume to come in for an interview. It was a 1:1 and very informal. She just asked me about myself and my past work experiences. I could tell she just wanted to see my personality and how i presented myself. A few weeks later they called me back for another interview. After they interview they offered me the position.
