Weird interview. As soon as I joined the virtual meeting, the interviewer just started firing questions at me. There was no usual part where the interviewer talks more about the job, what they are looking for, or introduces themselves. After I answered each question, she just said 'awesome!' and looked back at her paper to ask the next one. Also, she seemed to be in a call center. Instead of leaving with a better idea of the job and being excited, I felt weird and hoped the interviewer was okay. Not moving forward with this.

I had a phone interview, then an in person interview, followed by a team lead interview and a team support interview. In total there were 4 interviews, which included a personality assessment and a computer skills test. I interviewed with two different teams and got to pick which one I wanted to join. The people were great and the teams are really organized. Everyone seems happy there. It's a very professional office and a great opportunity.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had about two rounds of interviews with Marcus & Millichap. The first part was pretty standard and what I'd expect for this kind of job. They were quick to respond, and the initial chats were about my background and why I wanted the role. But, the last interview with Brian Hosey was a letdown and felt unprofessional. He didn't really try to see if I was a good fit or ask about things related to the job. He even made a comment suggesting I cheated on the technical questionnaire, without any reason given. This made things awkward and unfair, especially since the earlier interviews were good. It made me question their interview process and how they communicate internally. I hope they can make their final interviews more professional and consistent.
