It was pretty simple, I had a referral and there were only two rounds. The first was with the sales manager. The second was an interview with the senior that I was going to work with. This was basically all about what I knew about the asset class that I would be working in and how my experience relates.

A super simple three-step process: first, an interview with the VP; second, a personality test that's basically a quiz on your sales abilities. I wouldn't try to cheat the test, but consider what makes a good salesperson (which is what you'll be): high energy, driven, and self-starting. Also, really think about if you're okay with investing time and not making much or any money for the first year or so.

Had a great first interview. It really depends on the team you want to join. I interviewed for two teams; one was great and the other not so much. It's a great place to start, but I didn't see myself staying here long-term.
