I had an AI voice on a phone call, which was super generic and basically asked me the questions I answered on the application. Nobody told me it would be an AI interview, and I scheduled the interview at a specific time with a person though email. It was super strange. I never heard back from them after.

Behavioral Technical

After a resume screen, I went straight to an in-person interview, skipping a phone screen. They asked basic real estate questions and more about my attitude and career goals. Later, I had a very basic Excel test, not involving any specific real estate formulas. They mentioned the skills for the job were easy to learn and they weren't looking for specific pre-existing skill sets.
