The interview process had 3 interviews total. The first and third were both with the regional manager, and the second was with a variety of senior brokers in the office. The first interview was an introduction to the basics of the industry, and what the expectations are going forward. When meeting with the senior brokers, the interview was to see who would be the best fit for a junior broker position, and to learn more about each specialty type. The last interview was reiterating the difficultness of the career, the 80+ hour weeks you would have to go through (no salary or income), and that your family needs to be on board with this as well because there will be disconnect with them as a result of the attention that goes into this career. If you sign off on this commitment, they will hire you.

I went in for a full time agent role interview but ended up getting an internship with a senior before I graduated. The manager and I had two interviews, and I had one with my senior.

Behavioral Other

First, I had a recruiter call. If that went well, I had an in-person interview at the office with the head. The whole thing felt more like they were trying to weed me out instead of actually talking to me. The interviewer was kind of passive-aggressive and seemed to be trying to talk me out of the job, not see if I was a good fit. Just a heads up if you're thinking about interviewing here. I didn't continue with the rest of the process after that.
