The interview was very short and detailed. They called me for another position I didn't apply for and told me there will be another call but no call yet. An interview I didn't get at all!

The interview process was terrible and very unprofessional. There were 2 phone interviews and 2 in person. The office manager told me that getting to my final (fifth) interview was 'good news'. They rescheduled my final phone interview twice. Ultimately, I spoke with a different person than scheduled, and within 35 seconds, I was told I didn't get the job. They could have at least told me earlier instead of rescheduling a week later, only to mislead me. In my opinion, it showed a lack of professionalism.

It was more like a briefing about the role, very laid back, and the interviewer wanted to make me feel at ease. It was a give and take process to see if they want me as an employee and if I want to work for the organization.
