We started with an initial phone screening, asking some simple behavior questions. Then we had group interviews with a Manager and Senior, where they reviewed my experience and asked why I was interested in Marcum LLP. The final round was group interviews with the Partner in Charge and Senior Manager, where they really wanted to get to know me as a person. I got the offer a few days later.

Got contacted by a head hunter who set up an interview. Went in and met with two partners to assess my skills. After the interview, I received a job offer. I had already accepted another position elsewhere, so I called to let them know I was no longer interested. It was pretty standard, with career and experience questions, typical for a staff accountant role.
