I got the interview invite after chatting with a marketing director at my school's career fair. The interview was with two ladies from HR, who were actually late for it. They asked some pretty condescending questions about my experience and didn't seem very professional. The whole thing left a bad impression of the company.

Applied through my University's website and they only interviewed a few people from my campus. It was a panel interview. They were very nice and open and really just wanted to get a feeling of the type of person I am. The interviewers were very nice and asked general questions about me and my past experiences. The interview was different because it was a panel interview, but they definitely made me feel comfortable.

I was interviewed at college. They were very interested in my school activities and also my leadership positions on campus. Know your resume like the back of your hand. They do not ask very tough questions. They just want to learn a lot about the person and how you handled yourself in certain situations.
