It was mostly behavior style interview questions, and they asked me to answer them using the STAR method. It was pretty casual and relaxed, with one HR member and one senior engineer. They asked questions regarding leadership, conflict management, and teamwork.

Technical Behavioral

I had an interview with two technicians and three other engineers. Two senior engineers sat facing me while I spoke with the technicians. It was a bit intimidating with so many people there. They asked a couple questions, and then one of the engineers who was staring at me said something like 'Thanks for your time'. The whole thing was over in about 7 minutes. I don't think they really considered my skills.
