Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Maples Group.
Software Engineer
It was a really good experience with competent leads who asked great questions to assess my development skills. I think it's definitely worth applying to Maples.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Software Engineer
It was good. Took about 5 weeks. The second interview felt very scripted and offered limited opportunity to showcase skills. The interview process involves application screening, aptitude/technical tests, group discussion, followed by technical and HR interviews, assessing skills, knowledge, communication, and cultural fit before final selection and offer.
- Regarding the Canadian healthcare system, what challenges do you foresee, and how might Maple tackle them?
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was smooth and great. I felt very comfortable during the interviews and found the assessments enjoyable. Even though I'm a foreigner, they were very supportive when I spoke about myself.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
