First, I had a phone chat with HR. After that, there were one to two interviews with the hiring managers. They said I should hear back within a week, but maybe up to two weeks if things are going okay. It wasn't too tough overall.

The interview process has been pretty good so far, though a bit lengthy. It started with a 30-minute initial screening call with the recruiter where we discussed my experience and resume. After that, I completed a timed online test. Then, I had an interview with two people that felt like rapid-fire technical questions, focusing on financial crime. Following that, there was a first-stage interview with two individuals from Maples, involving general questions and a walkthrough of a typical KYC case. I have another interview scheduled this week. Overall, it's been positive, just with more steps than I anticipated.

The final round had three interviewers. One person asked questions while the others were less involved. It was a serious, not very relaxed, interview with many professional and behavioral questions.
