Technical Case

The people at the firm are friendly and passionate, but the interview felt a bit unfair and unprofessional. Some candidates had their interviews scheduled over the networking session. The overall process did not sit well with me.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was pretty thorough and had three parts. First, I spoke with my immediate supervisor, who is the department head, and the CEO. It was a pretty laid-back chat to get to know each other, mostly discussing my CV. Then, I had to take a psychometric and a case study test where I had to analyze the investment opportunities of two companies. Finally, there was an interview with the regional office to get their approval. The whole thing took about three weeks.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Analyze the investment prospects for two different companies.
  • Prepare a brief report within one hour detailing the investment merits of the companies.
