Recruitment
I was contacted by the Head of Recruitment on Linkedin in February 2020. We had a first Skype interview (1 hour). Following that, I interviewed with a Business Partner for another hour. We then discussed some topics the next day for an additional hour. Two days later, I received positive feedback from the Business Partner, cc'ing me. After about 3 weeks of silence, I got an automated email stating there were no open positions. I inquired if it was due to my personal situation (having a child, which was discussed in the interview), but they cited the position cancellation due to Coronavirus, which seemed illogical given the timing of the first COVID cases.
- Can you tell me about your personal life?
- Are you single?
- Do you have children?
Senior Recruiter
The conversation was very personal and fast. After 1 day I already got a call. The recruiter was very sympathetic and gave me good options. Now I still have to go into the second round and she will let me know everything.
- What are you looking for in your next employer?
Recruitment Manager
I had 4 interviews on different days, and it all went well. The recruiter was upfront about everything, and I felt good about the whole process. Everyone was really nice and communicated clearly.
- Can you discuss your past professional experiences?
