Customer Success Manager
The process was really efficient, not too many levels, panels, or presentations like you see a lot these days. I felt like I was talking to the right people to see if I was a good fit and for me to ask questions to make sure MANTL was a good fit for me.
- What's the most challenging aspect of being a Customer Success Manager?
Customer Success Manager
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn with some job info. Didn't really prep me for who I'd talk to. I gave my availability and then had an interview with the VP who mostly asked product stuff. Kinda frustrating, I expected more of a partnership. Also, no reply from the recruiter when I asked why they chose someone else.
- Tell me about your understanding of MANTL and its offerings.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a chat with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally some team members. A bit unusual, they gave me a homework assignment pretty early on, which I thought was typically a final step. I guess they wanted to confirm my skills were up to par before moving forward with all the interviews.
- What's your strategy for recovering after a tough client discussion?
- Describe how you'd approach a client who has decided to churn.
- Can you describe the qualities of a great colleague and a difficult one you've worked with?
