In October 2015, I applied for a Recruiting position and was emailed for a phone interview within a week. However, the recruiter never confirmed a time, and subsequent attempts to reschedule also went unanswered. Months later, in January 2017, I applied for an HR position. This time, a different person called me unexpectedly to discuss the role. They were polite but seemed to question my career choice. I was then invited for an in-person interview the very next day, which was difficult to arrange. We discussed a possible time for the following afternoon, and they said they would call back to confirm, but I never received a follow-up call or email. My two experiences with this company have been unprofessional.
