Resource Manager
I applied for the role and a recruiter hit me up a few days later. They suggested I tweak my resume to fit the job better and send it back. I did that, and over about a month and a half, I interviewed with the recruiter, then the person currently in the role, and finally the hiring manager. Didn't get the job in the end, but the interviews themselves went okay.
- What is your 5-10 year career outlook?
- What attracts you to ManTech?
- How long do you plan to stay in this role?
Manager
Had a phone call to check if I was still interested and go over my resume. Got called back the same day for an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. It was a one-hour one-on-one where we both got time to ask questions. The discussion was about my ability to hit-the-ground-running. The Hiring Manager had already contacted some of my references before the interview.
- If I were offered this job, how long would I plan on staying?
Manager
I got referred to Mantech by someone who works there already. The interview focused on my background and the hiring manager's background. We talked about where I would fit best in the company. After I left the interview, I had to wait for about three to four weeks before I heard back that I had an offer.
- Could you tell me about your biggest weakness?
