The interview was relaxed and very humanized. The manager mainly talked with me very calmly and let me talk about my career. The only point I have against it is the request for several documents, even without guaranteeing the position. Otherwise, it's a good company, and I would love to be a part of it.

Me perguntaram o tempo todo se eu aguentava a pressão do cargo, me senti pressionada. Me passaram muitas atividades para uma pessoa só, o que é incompatível com o cargo e o salário. O cargo é de auxiliar, para trabalhar direto com o gerente (equipe de duas pessoas) cuidando da manutenção de um shopping enorme. Só consegui feedback porque pedi, me deram um prazo e não me contactaram. Eu tive que esperar mais dias e depois soube que não tinha passado, apesar de achar que fui boa na entrevista.
