Planning Assistant
The first contact for the Planning Assistant role was through WhatsApp. The recruiter's communication was abrupt and unclear from the start. We scheduled an online interview for 10 AM, and the recruiter said she'd send the link closer to the time. At 10 AM, I only got a 'Hi, good morning.' It wasn't until 10:15 AM that she asked if we could proceed. This delay showed a complete lack of respect for my time, and it made our conversation impossible because I had another professional commitment immediately after. I politely explained I no longer had time and suggested rescheduling. Her response was unprofessional; she asked about my availability and added that I should 'set aside 40 minutes if I was interested in the job' – a passive-aggressive comment since the delay was her fault. I still responded professionally with two new time options. Since then, I haven't heard back. I was completely ignored.

Cleaner
It was chill, they asked about my personal background and how I get along with coworkers day-to-day, especially concerning disagreements and different viewpoints. They also wanted to know about my past work history and if I was okay with the shift and hours offered for the job.
- How do you manage conflicts with team members?
IT Specialist
The interview process was good, with a lot of discussion and IT theory. They talked about the company. It was slow, with delayed feedback. It was conducted via Teams. The interviewer had a high ego. There were few benefits and no test. It was very slow with feedback.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What is your understanding of IT theory?
Administrative Assistant
The interview was relaxed and very humanized. The manager mainly talked with me very calmly and let me talk about my career. The only point I have against it is the request for several documents, even without guaranteeing the position. Otherwise, it's a good company, and I would love to be a part of it.
- Can you tell me about your professional background?
- Tell me about your personal life.
- Where did you use to live?
