Intern
It's just one round, online through Zoom, with the hiring manager and someone from HR.
- Can you tell me more about yourself?
Intern
Since I was abroad when I applied, I had a phone interview with my supervisor. It was a real interview where my supervisor talked about the company, the department, and my job. I also talked about myself, my motivation, and my experience. At the end, my supervisor immediately offered me the position and asked me to think about it and let him know by the end of the week. After I accepted, a contract was sent right away. All in all: a very respectful, pleasant interview process and very professional.
- Given you have had multiple internships already, what is your motivation for pursuing another one?
intern
First interview with HR, a motivational interview to chat a bit and introduce yourself, as well as present the internship mission. Then a second interview with both the technician/team leader and the head of the relevant department. This time it's more technical, focusing on the candidate's knowledge regarding the skills needed to succeed in the mission.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is your professional project?
- What are your skills concerning the mission?
