They started with a company overview and some basic questions about my experience. Then, they asked about my auto industry background and my thoughts on other car companies, their ratings, and how they do business. Both interviewers ended up asking the same things, just phrased differently. The questions were pretty direct, but I'm not sure why they needed to ask some of them to review me.

After submitting my resume, I heard back about a week later about a phone interview where they asked basic selling questions. About three weeks after that, I had a face-to-face interview with two upper management folks, which was an hour long and covered my career and various sales questions, emphasizing selling yourself and communication skills. Then, three more weeks went by before I had another face-to-face with a territory GM, again with detailed questions about my skills and experience. A week later, I got the job offer. The whole thing took about two months, and they're very thorough and particular. My advice is to know about the Manheim culture and what you're interviewing for.
