I found the opening on Handshake and they got back to me pretty quickly. The interview wasn't like most places. First, they asked me basic stuff like my name, graduation date, and email. They had a list of questions to check how I solve problems, do quality testing, and work with a team. They let me know I passed to the next round the very next day. The second round was pretty similar, with the same kind of questions as the first part. Then, I had to give a 15-minute presentation about one of their software solutions. After that, it was another one-on-one chat, with the same style of questions as the first two. The whole thing took a bit over two weeks to complete, but waiting for the offer took more than a month.

So, it was a recruiting process on campus. First, I did a 1-on-1 interview on campus, and then another one a few days later. After those initial rounds, they invited me to do more 1-on-1 interviews with some associates at their office. These interviews at the office involved technical, behavioral, and then I had to do a five-minute presentation to a panel.

Applied through the career fair. The first interview was pretty chill with 5 aptitude questions about communication, team skills, and people skills. For example, they asked for a time someone pushed me in a group or when I had to talk to different types of people. That same night, I got an invite for the final interview. It was a 45-minute chat with person A, followed by a 10-minute presentation, and then another 45-minute interview with person B. This part mixed simple behavioral questions like dealing with stress or talking to different groups, with some design thinking, like how to fix an app or design an elevator. The main focus was on communicating with different people. They suggested picking a software other than WMS since most people do that and they found it refreshing to hear about something else. The biggest tip is they aren't looking for perfect answers or supply chain knowledge, just someone who can answer calmly, present and communicate well, and seems like a good fit to put in front of clients.
