Manhattan Associates Software Analyst Interview Questions

I met the recruiter at the Georgia Tech career fair, and they were really nice and helpful. We had a good initial chat, and they laid out the company's mission and background well. Later, they texted me about an open Software Analyst role, but I wasn't really sure what the job entailed or what skills they needed. First up was a chat with a senior manager; it went fine. We discussed the company and my background, then they hit me with about 5-6 easy LeetCode questions, each taking around 5 minutes. It was pretty laid-back and positive. Then, about two weeks on, I had a second interview with two principal engineers. The first part, about 45 minutes, was super tough. They went deep into AI concepts and theory, which was weird since the role wasn't presented as AI-focused at all. It felt off. The other principal engineer, for the last 15 minutes, was great. We talked about my past work, and they seemed to think I'd be a good fit. The recruiter only texted, which felt weird and hard to keep track of. After the last interview, I heard nothing for about 20 days. I finally asked for an update and got a quick reply saying they weren't going forward. It was okay, but I wish they'd been clearer about the job details and what they wanted. Also, faster updates would've been nice. People were polite, but the whole thing felt a bit all over the place and not super clear.

I went through two 30-minute virtual interviews and then a 2.5-hour in-person interview where I met with three staff members. They were nice and offered drinks. After the interview, about a week later, I got an offer email.

Met at the university career fair, then had a phone interview. The whole process took about 4 weeks, ending with a 2-hour on-site interview with multiple interviewers. Everyone I talked to, both interviewers and recruiters, was super friendly. I thought I'd get more behavioral questions on-site based on other reviews, but it was mostly technical stuff, including a couple of algorithm implementation tasks.
