So first, a recruiter came to my campus and I talked to them, then I applied online. I got contacted pretty quickly after that for an on campus interview. It was a really standard 'tell me a time when...' kind of thing. After that, they invited me to Atlanta for an on site interview. Before the on site, I had to do this logic test online. I actually ignored it, but it was apparently pretty tough and each question had time limits. In Atlanta, there were about 15 of us. We did a company tour, watched some presentations, and then had individual interviews. I also had to give a presentation to a panel. It was all pretty standard stuff. I guess I didn't get it because it was my very first on site interview and I was a bit overwhelmed.

Technical Case Behavioral Presentation
The key to this interview is a logical thought process and strong presentation skills, both on a whiteboard and verbally. I flew out on Thursday and attended a dinner that evening. The next morning, about 30 candidates were brought in for interviews. We started with a company introduction, followed by a panel interview with a prepared question. Then, there were two separate one-on-one interviews: one technical and one case/behavioral. The interviewers were really friendly, making it a great overall experience. Just be confident, present well, and think logically through the case and behavioral questions – don't just go for the obvious answer.

I had an initial campus interview after an info session, which was a one-on-one and I liked it. They asked basic behavioral questions and tried to see if I'd like the job and the travel. Then, I went to their MA headquarters for a full day. The night before, there was a casual dinner with some employees. On the interview day, we got a tour, had a behavioral interview, a case study interview, and a panel presentation that we received earlier. The case interview was really tough. The panel presentation was pretty fun, and the behavioral interview was alright. I didn't really connect with the people during the second round, but the HR folks were super nice. They let me know I didn't get the job within 3 business days.
