So there were three tech interviews mostly on Spring Boot and Microservices. The first one was a phone call, and the other two were in-person and took the entire day. Then HR had me fill out a candidate declaration form, followed by a phone chat with them. Later, I got called in again for an F2F meeting with a Sr. Director. In the end, my consultancy told me they weren't offering the job because I lived too far away. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time for everyone involved, especially the MA. The HR people seemed really unsure of what they were looking for and called me in unnecessarily. They came across as unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time and commitments.
